The following are some usual questions, if you can not find your answer from them, feel free to contact us.

1. How to order custom work from us?
- We don't take custom work. Unless order up to $500.

2. How long to complete the custom work?
- Usually the custom works would be completed within 3 months. From the day we receive your payment.

3. How do you do, if you don't have the outline picture to submit us?
 - If you don't have the outline picture, then you can send us the solid color picture, and we will draw it for you. The fee will be from $20-$60 depending on the details of the picture.

4. Can you pay $0.00 for the drawing?
- We can draw the picture for you at no charge, unless we may use the drawing for our business.

5. How to remove the inlay from the hard cardboard?
- Take off all wrap plastic cover on the inlay.
- Cover tape on inlay area "so the tape could hold the inlay pieces together when they float free".
- Put whole inlay/hard cardboard into plate or something else enough room to contain inlay inside
- Fill boil water  into the plate, the boil water should be over the inlay.  About 25-45 minutes  soak in water until they float free.
- After soak the inlay be still together.
